Booked a tour with them for 4 adults. Paid over 200 bucks. It looked it was going to down pour but the lady insisted we hurry up and get on the boat. As soon as we left the dock it started pouring and lightening. The guy operating the boat stopped the boat and said we’re turning around due to lightening. We weren’t even on for more than 5 mins before we turned around. Due to the pouring rain we had to.keep our eyes shut from getting pelted with heavy rain. We assumed they would issue a refund or at very least let us wait till the weather cleared up to go out after. We are from out of state and it was our last day here. The lady who owns the place was very rude insisting we were out for 25 mins not 10 and was very rude and only refunded us half the amount.
Do not recommend unless you want to spend over 100 bucks to get soaked on a air boat and water boarded the whole time and having your eye balls pelted with rain.
