I have experienced this airboat ride twice and both times were excellent experiences. The staff are kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the wildlife and river. I took my 69 yo mother and she loved it!!!! Only complaint was “the boat needs to go faster”. My only complaint is they need to clean all the spider webs off the boats prior to a ride because webs and spiders were getting on us during the ride. I’m terrified of spiders but the overall experience was great!!!!!
