I don’t know what was wrong to the person that was helping the girl at the register today, but he had terrible customer service. We did not know that we had to get a reservation for the airboat rides, I thought that I can go there and get 3 tickets and that was it. I asked if I can get 3 tickets, and the man with the bad attitude told me, “We are sold out.” it was the first time that we went there. He was acting like he did not want us there. May be the airboat rides are good, but the man was terrible. Any way we went to Black Hammock Airboat rides in Oviedo and they were awesome. I had to put 1 star to be able to send the review, but he deserved a 0 for the bad experience we had today
